Ingredients
  

  • 1 watermelon, seedless

For Cream Cheese Yogurt Sauce:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice

For Fruit Toppings

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kiwis, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Or other fruits toppings, as desired*

For Garnish:

  • Mint leaves, optional

Instructions
 

For Cream Cheese Yogurt Sauce:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and orange juice. Beat again with electric hand mixture, about 2 minutes.
  • Cover and put in refrigerator to chill.

For Watermelon Pizza/Fruit Toppings:

  • Slice watermelon in 3-inch thick rounds and then cut into wedge pieces.
  • Pull cream cheese yogurt sauce out of refrigerator. Spread a couple of spoonfuls of sauce on top of wedges.
  • Add fruit on top of sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  • Serve immediately. Leftover yogurt sauce can be used as a fruit dip. Refrigerate the leftovers.
