These watermelon wedges are ideal for days like that. They are topped with cream cheese and greek yogurt sauce and colorful fresh fruit. So refreshing, easy, and quick. Makes the ultimate summer dessert for a party or a weeknight get together.

For Cream Cheese Yogurt Sauce:
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
For Fruit Toppings
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup kiwis, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- Or other fruits toppings, as desired*
For Cream Cheese Yogurt Sauce:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and orange juice. Beat again with electric hand mixture, about 2 minutes.
Cover and put in refrigerator to chill.
For Watermelon Pizza/Fruit Toppings:
Slice watermelon in 3-inch thick rounds and then cut into wedge pieces.
Pull cream cheese yogurt sauce out of refrigerator. Spread a couple of spoonfuls of sauce on top of wedges.
Add fruit on top of sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Serve immediately. Leftover yogurt sauce can be used as a fruit dip. Refrigerate the leftovers.
