Method
For Cream Cheese Yogurt Sauce:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and orange juice. Beat again with electric hand mixture, about 2 minutes.
- Cover and put in refrigerator to chill.
For Watermelon Pizza/Fruit Toppings:
- Slice watermelon in 3-inch thick rounds and then cut into wedge pieces.
- Pull cream cheese yogurt sauce out of refrigerator. Spread a couple of spoonfuls of sauce on top of wedges.
- Add fruit on top of sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve immediately. Leftover yogurt sauce can be used as a fruit dip. Refrigerate the leftovers.
