May 4th is Audrey Hepburn's birthday! 🥳 In honor of her birthday, enjoy this delicious spaghetti al pomodoro. She would enjoy making this once a week. You can make it too. The sauce is amazing in all of its tomatoey glory. Top it with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves. 🍅🌿🧀

Serve this pasta with a side salad with an Italian vinaigrette and garlic bread.

For a plant-based alternative, you can substitute the pasta noodles for zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer to slice up the zucchini. After slicing, top your zucchini noodles with the pomodoro sauce. Garnish with fresh basil. It's that easy to swap out.

For dessert, enjoy a fudgey brownie, slice of chocolate cake or you can try my decadent Instant Pot Chocolate Lava Cake.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

One of my favorite holidays of the year. Some of my ancestry comes from Ireland and England. It’s a fun holiday to celebrate ancestry and enjoy the food.

As a child, I remember my grandma would make the most delicious twice-baked potatoes. On a summer afternoon, she would bring some over to our house. These were my favorite kind of baked potatoes, especially when she would make them.

Inspired by her recipe and our family’s Irish heritage. These bite-sized potatoes include melt-in-your-mouth pieces of corned beef in the creamy mixture. Made in the Instant Pot and then baked to perfection. Easy to make and very tasty. They are a great appetizer for your next party or to enjoy at any time. 🍀🥔🇮🇪

New Year's Eve is around the corner. Time to get out the delicious and mouthwatering appetizers. 🎉

These juicy sliders are perfect for any New Year's Eve party, or any occasion. Packed with flavor. They are made with caramelized onions, thyme, roast beef, sweet rolls and gooey provolone cheese on top. 😋

French Dip Sliders 🥪

• 1 pkg sweet rolls, halved
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
• 1 lb roast beef deli meat, thinly sliced
• Provolone cheese slices

For Garlic Butter Topping:
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste

For Au Jus:
• 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme

----
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare a baking sheet and coat with nonstick spray. Place sweet rolls on pan. Cut them in half. Set aside top portion.

2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and thyme. Season with kosher salt and ground pepper. Cook until they start to caramelize, about 6-7 minutes.

3. Layer rolls with roast beef, provolone cheese and caramelized onions. Top onions with another layer of roast beef and provolone cheese. Place top slider half on top.

For Au Jus:
1. In large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter on medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and thyme. Mix well.

2. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.

3. Serve sliders immediately with au jus for dipping.

New Year's Eve is around the corner. Time to get out the delicious and mouthwatering appetizers. 🎉 These juicy sliders are perfect for any New Year's Eve party, or any occasion. Packed with flavor. They are made with caramelized onions, thyme, roast beef, sweet rolls and gooey provolone cheese on top. 😋 French Dip Sliders 🥪 • 1 pkg sweet rolls, halved • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened • 1/2 onion, chopped • 1 tsp dried thyme • Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste • 1 lb roast beef deli meat, thinly sliced • Provolone cheese slices For Garlic Butter Topping: • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp dried parsley • Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste For Au Jus: • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 cups beef broth • 1 Tbsp soy sauce • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 tsp dried rosemary • 1 tsp dried thyme ---- 1. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays! 🎄 Today is National Pumpkin Pie Day too! 🥧

Pumpkin is one of my all-time favorite holiday flavors, especially when its pumpkin pie. This delicious pumpkin pie is simple, flavorful and extremely easy. It’s been a staple recipe for me every holiday season. It tastes great and it never fails. 😋

Easy Pumpkin Pie 🥧

• 1 or 2 frozen or homemade pie crust
• 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare pie crusts and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well together.

2. Pour filling into prepared pie crusts.

3. Before putting in oven, put small pieces of aluminum foil around edges of pie crust. This will prevent edges from getting burned.

4. Place into oven. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully remove the pie from oven. Remove aluminum foil. Reduce temperature to 350°F. Bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

6. Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
