Peach season is the best. I’ve always loved getting fresh peaches from the farmer’s market. It’s nostalgic and reminds me of fall weather. Love peaches. This slow cooker peach cobbler is sweet, tart and comforting. Not to mention super easy. Let your slow cooker do all the work. Smells amazing too. Hello fall! 🍑🍂

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix until peaches are well coated.
  • Pour peaches mixture into slow cooker. Using all of the yellow cake mix. Sprinkle over peaches mixture.
  • Slice butter into small pieces and put over cake mix. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice over cake mix.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until cake turns golden brown.
  • Serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream.
