- In a large bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix until peaches are well coated.
- Pour peaches mixture into slow cooker. Using all of the yellow cake mix. Sprinkle over peaches mixture.
- Slice butter into small pieces and put over cake mix. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice over cake mix.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until cake turns golden brown.
- Serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream.
