Sheet Pan Bratwurst & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4-5 sausage or bratwurst links
- 4-5 baby red potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Fuji apple, sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Kosher salt & ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet and coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- Chop red potatoes, onions and apple. Transfer to a medium bowl.
- Add olive oil, rosemary, smoked paprika, oregano, Kosher salt and ground pepper. Toss vegetables and fruit until well coated.
- Spread vegetables and fruit evenly on baking sheet. Push half of them to each side and lay sausage links in the middle.
- Place into oven. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until sausages cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
