Garlic Butter Salmon Bake
Another easy tinfoil dinner to add to the dinner rotation. This mouth-watering garlic butter salmon is packed with flavor. Easy peasy and little to clean-up. It comes together in less than 30 minutes in the oven. So delicious. Add a side of flavored rice and fresh broccoli. Ideal for any time of the week.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh or frozen salmon fillets
- Nonstick cooking spray, for aluminum foil
For Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare foil packets. Cut 8 sheets of aluminum foil. Layer two on top of each other creating a set of 4 foil packets. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
For Garlic Butter Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary and kosher salt and ground pepper.
- Put salmon into foil packets. Spoon garlic butter mixture over salmon. Fold sides of foil over salmon. Cover and completely seal.
- Place into oven. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
For Garnish:
- Garnish salmon with fresh parsley. Serve with a side of flavored rice and fresh broccoli.
