Garlic Butter Salmon Bake

Another easy tinfoil dinner to add to the dinner rotation. This mouth-watering garlic butter salmon is packed with flavor. Easy peasy and little to clean-up. It comes together in less than 30 minutes in the oven. So delicious. Add a side of flavored rice and fresh broccoli. Ideal for any time of the week.

- 4 fresh or frozen salmon fillets
- Nonstick cooking spray, for aluminum foil
For Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary and kosher salt and ground pepper.
Put salmon into foil packets. Spoon garlic butter mixture over salmon. Fold sides of foil over salmon. Cover and completely seal.
Place into oven. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
Suggested Sides:
- Rice (chicken-flavored and/or white and brown rice)
- Fresh broccoli
