As a child, I remember my family had a great garden, especially my grandparents. They would bring in farm fresh produce and make delicious meals. Fresh tomatoes, onion and bell peppers for salsa or corn on the cob with yummy sides. It brings back memories.

This hearty garden veggie soup is loaded with vegetable goodness including green beans, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, kale, carrots and celery. So easy and comforting.
