Berry & Dark Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries such as blueberries strawberries, raspberries, divided
- 1 qt plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate & dried berry granola
Instructions
- Prepare mixed berries. Wash and dry the berries. Cut strawberries into pieces (if using them).
- To layer parfait, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into 4 small parfait glasses. Next add a layer of mixed berries. Spoon another layer of yogurt and add granola.
- Repeat the layering once or twice more depending on size of glass.
- Garnish with more granola and mixed berries.
