After a workout at the gym or a long day, you’ll want to enjoy a really easy dessert that comes together in less than 10 minutes. This parfait is layered with greek yogurt, mixed berries and yes…dark chocolate granola. Who knew there was such a thing? Dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants that can help relieve stress. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed berries such as blueberries strawberries, raspberries, divided
  • 1 qt plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate & dried berry granola

Instructions
 

  • Prepare mixed berries. Wash and dry the berries. Cut strawberries into pieces (if using them).
  • To layer parfait, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into 4 small parfait glasses. Next add a layer of mixed berries. Spoon another layer of yogurt and add granola.
  • Repeat the layering once or twice more depending on size of glass.
  • Garnish with more granola and mixed berries.
