Berry & Dark Chocolate Parfait

This parfait is layered with greek yogurt, mixed berries and yes...dark chocolate granola. Who knew there was such a thing? Dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants that can help relieve stress. This parfait is loaded with protein too. All of these health benefits, it makes this parfait a win-win dessert to add to your rotation.

- 2 cups mixed berries such as blueberries strawberries, raspberries, divided
- 1 qt plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate & dried berry granola
Prepare mixed berries. Wash and dry the berries. Cut strawberries into pieces (if using them).
To layer parfait, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into 4 small parfait glasses. Next add a layer of mixed berries. Spoon another layer of yogurt and add granola.
Repeat the layering once or twice more depending on size of glass.
Garnish with more granola and mixed berries.
