Fall is in the air. 🍁 There’s something about it that makes it special. The colors, smells, and flavors. Makes us crave all the comfy soups and sweet desserts made with pumpkin, peaches, or apples. Especially caramel apples. This cream pie takes caramel apples up a notch. It’s topped with chunks of a candy bar (or nuts) and drizzled with caramel. Light, decadent, tart, and delicious! Add this to your dessert rotation.
Caramel Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
For Pie Filling:
- 2 1/2 cups whipped topping, softened
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (4 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
For Toppings:
- 15-20 mini candy bars with peanuts, chopped
- 2 green apples, sliced
- fresh lemon juice, to prevent browning for apples
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
Instructions
For Pie Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, condensed milk and cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, mix together until creamy and smooth.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust. Spread evenly with a spoon.
For Toppings:
- Unwrap mini candy bars from wrappers. Chop into bite size pieces. Set aside.
- Slice green apples and put them in a small bowl. Drizzle a little lemon juice over apples to prevent browning and to add some flavor.
- Add sliced apples on top in a circular flower shape in the center. Sprinkle chopped up candy bars on top.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
- Remove pie from refrigerator. Drizzle caramel topping over the top in a horizontal motion. Serve chilled.
