Method
For Peaches & Crumble Mixture:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- Wash peaches, cut them vertically and remove the pits. Place each peach half cut side down on the cutting board. Using a knife, cut four thin slices through each peach. Make sure to not cut all the way through. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Then brush the tops of the peaches with butter.
- In the same bowl, melt the remaining butter. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and chopped walnuts. Stir and mix together.
- Stuff nut crumble mixture into the peach halves. Place baking sheet into oven.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until the peaches are tender and crumble is golden brown.
For Serving:
- After baking, place peaches on a plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle the caramel. Serve immediately.
