Pizza + fruit = the yummiest and prettiest fruit dessert pizza. This pizza is a crowd-pleaser. All you need is sugar cookie dough, cream cheese, whipped topping, and various favorite fruits to create this masterpiece. It’s fun to decorate with different colors and shapes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (16.5 oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups various fruits (pineapple, berries, kiwi and mandarin oranges)
  • Juice from lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan. Line pan with a round piece of parchment paper. Spray the bottom first, then place parchment paper on top. Spray the top of the paper. Set aside.
  • Spread sugar cookie dough layer in an even layer and cover the bottom of pizza pan. Place into oven.
  • Bake at 375°F for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool, about 10 minutes.
  • To make cream cheese mixture, in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, combine until light and creamy.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over baked crust.
  • Top with fruit and decorate with fun shapes and patterns. Fruit options can include, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and mandarin oranges. Feel free to customize with other fruits.
  • Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top of pizza. Refrigerate for two hours until ready to serve.
  • Cut into slices and serve.
