Swiss S’more Bites
It's s'more season! Nothing is more satisfying than sitting in front of a campfire on a warm summer night enjoying a decadent s'more. Inspired by the amazing chocolate of Switzerland. This campfire favorite is now bite-sized and loaded with Swiss chocolate. Simple, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Swiss chocolate bars, divided into rectangles*
- 12 large marshmallows, cut in half
- Chocolate syrup for drizzle
Instructions
For Graham Cracker Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Finely crush the graham crackers. Transfer them to a small bowl. Combine graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Prepare a 24 mini-muffin tin pan. Lightly grease it and evenly distribute graham cracker mixture into each muffin in cup. Press down crumbs to form small cups. Transfer to oven. Bake at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes.
For Filling:
- While crust is baking, break chocolate into rectangular pieces. Cut large marshmallows in half. Set aside.
- Remove muffin tin from oven. Place chocolate and half a marshmallow into mini crust in each cup.
- Return to oven for 2-4 minutes until marshmallows are softened. After marshmallows are softened, change oven to broil. Broil tops of s'more bites for additional 2-3 minutes, until a light browned.
- Remove pan from oven. Let cool for 15 minutes before carefully removing from tin.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup of your choice for garnish.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
*Regular chocolate bars can be used in place of the Swiss chocolate.
