Method
- Prepare watermelon, cut into chunks. Then, place into a blender. Blend until smooth. Do this in 2 batches. Reserve a few chunks for garnish.
- Pour watermelon juice through a mesh strainer into a bowl. Discard the excess watermelon pulp.
- Measure about 5 cups of strained watermelon juice. Add to blender with the frozen limeade. Blend until smooth.
- Pour limeade into glasses. Serve chilled and add more watermelon chunks. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
