Mini Meatball Sub Pizzas

Meatballs + Pizza = Meatball Sub Pizza! This is a great way to take those leftover meatballs and create a open-faced sub pizza. Quick, easy and creative way to do a mini pizza. Delicious.

- 1/4 pkg frozen meatballs
- 4 small hoagie rolls, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet. Set aside.
Remove meatballs from package, place them in a small bowl. Set aside. Spread marinara sauce on the rolls. Top with meatballs, mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Place on baking sheet.
Place into oven. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven. Top with Parmesan and garnish fresh basil.
Serve immediately.
