Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 24-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Fill each cup with one wonton wrapper.
- Place into oven. Baked at 375°F for 11-13 minutes until cups are crispy and edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into smaller slices. Set aside.
- Fill wonton cups with a spoonful of hummus. Add cucumbers and tomato slices.
- Serve immediately.
