Method
For Skewers:
- Thread tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella and basil leaves onto a 4-inch skewer or on two toothpicks. Swap out salami and pepperoni with each other per skewer. Season with Kosher salt and ground pepper.
- Place skewers on a plate. Set aside.
For Balsamic Garlic Oil:
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic.
- Drizzle skewers with balsamic garlic oil. Serve immediately.
