Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Another quick and easy dessert. Inspired by the classic chocolate chip cookie but with a bite-sized twist. These ooey gooey cookies come together in less than 15 minutes. Perfect size for dunking in milk. Milk and warm cookies, yes please!

- 1 (16.5 oz) pkg refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 24 mini-muffin tin and coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Place cookie dough squares into prepared muffin tins. Press down lightly in center to make a slight well.
Place into oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F or until edges are golden brown. Allow the center of cookie bites to sink in slightly.
Remove from oven. Cool cookie bites on a wire rack for about 5 minutes. While cookies are cooling, fill a small ziploc bag with chocolate chips.
Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Knead until smooth. Then, microwave for an additional 10 to 15 second intervals until chocolate chips are melted. Cut a tiny corner of ziploc bag.
Squeeze chocolate into each cookie bite center. Top with another individual chocolate chip for as a garnish. Serve and enjoy.
