Method
For Blueberry Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium-high heat. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add fresh blueberries. Bring to boil, about 5 minutes until blueberries break down.
- Pour syrup mixture through a fine mesh strainer into bowl. Set aside.
For Lemonade:
- In a large pitcher, add frozen lemonade concentrate and water.
- Stir well and put in refrigerator to chill.
For Serving & Garnish:
- Pour blueberry sauce in the bottom of glass, top with ice and add lemonade.
- Garnish with blueberries, lemon slices and sprigs of mint.
