BBQ Ranch Pork Chops
Ashlee
Summer BBQs are in full swing. I love anything BBQ flavor especially when it's pork. If you're looking for a good BBQ pork chop recipe, this recipe should become a new staple. This homemade BBQ marinade is outstanding and easy to make. Marinate your pork chops overnight to get maximum flavor.

For BBQ Marinade:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of Kosher salt & ground pepper, for seasoning
For Pork Chops:
- 4-6 (8 oz) boneless pork chops
- 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For BBQ Marinade:
In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder and a pinch of kosher salt and ground pepper. Set aside 1/2 cup and pour the rest of the marinade into two gallon sized ziploc bags.
For Pork Chops:
Coat pork chops on both sides with ranch seasoning mix. Transfer pork chops to prepared ziploc bags. Seal bags and move marinade around the pork chops. Refrigerate and marinate overnight. (Marinating overnight gives pork chops maximum flavor.)
When pork chops are ready, pull out of refrigerator. In a large skillet, add marinated pork chops and cook on both sides for 5 minutes each. Using extra 1/2 cup sauce, baste both sides of pork chops to prevent it from drying out.
Serve pork chops immediately. Drizzle with more BBQ sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Also, add a side fresh green salad.
